A lease agreement valid until further notice will terminate upon termination after the notice period (1 month). The notice period is calculated from the last day of the month in which the termination was made. That is, if you terminate today, the agreement is valid until the last day of the next month, until which the rent is also paid.
Forms for termination:

In English: Adobe Reader format
Termination can be handled:
-By sending the termination form by email (all parties must sign, e.g. spouse)
-By writing a letter with the date of the postmark.
-By delivering the termination form to Walo-Asunnot at a separately agreed time.
In the event of death, the lease agreement remains valid and the partners in the estate are jointly responsible for managing the lease matters. The partners in the estate can authorize someone to handle matters related to the lease agreement with the landlord. The estate members must terminate the lease agreement and submit official certificates to the landlord upon termination.
If keys are missing, the locks will be re-serialized and the resulting costs will be paid by the resident who has moved out.
The move-out date and key handover date is the date of termination of the lease agreement.
