What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The customer register stores the customer’s first name, last name, street address, postal code, city, country, e-mail address, telephone number, and language used in the transaction.
In addition, the information provided in the rental application is stored in database.
Personal information is used for:

The processing of personal data is based on a contract, consent or a legitimate interest.
The processing of personal data complies with the requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation applicable from 25 May 2018.
How long will my personal data be kept?
We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the Registry.
In addition, some information may be retained for longer periods, to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal obligations.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties.
We check the credit information of the leasing applicants from Suomen Asiakastieto Oy.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
The contact form will record the information in the form, along with the user’s IP address and browser version information, to help identify spam.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
